Determining the right lens for all refractive errors

Determining the right lens for you is the most important component of our ophthalmic work. The results serve as the basis for the provision of all kinds of optical appliances.
This applies not only to glasses, contact lenses or magnifying vision aids, but also to preventive measures and advising on general vision problems.

What we specifically mean by "determining the lens" is identifying the strengths of ophthalmic lenses for the correction of vision defects, that is to say of near-sightedness, hyperopia, astigmatism, heterophoria and farsightedness.

Determining the right lens

We measure and correct all types of refractive errors as far as technically possible:

    • improving night vision
    • near-sightedness (myopia)
    • farsightedness (hyperopia)
    • astigmatism
    • presbyopia
    • heterophoria
    • unequal retinal images (aniseikonia)
